I did a walk through on the 2nd of February and this place made me sick to my stomach. The hallways smelled like cat urine and with barking dogs through the hallways it gave me the feeling of being in an animal pound. While I was there I saw a cocker roach. Also this place is not friendly towards the Caucasian community because the rent offered to me was much higher than the rent offered to another type of ethnicity, but despite all this the apartments’ are very spacious and from what I was told there has not been a break in for almost a year with the exception of a motor cycle that was going to be stolen until the police happened to be doing their usual rounds through the neighborhood. Gunshots I was told are common place but never reach to the apartments on 8th. All in all I give this place a 1 star because I can’t go with a 0 star rating.
