I dread the day I have to move out because I know it will end badly. No matter what I do or how polite I am or how I pay rent on time, these people treat me like crap. I HATE them so much.

We absolutely agree that you should avoid renting from these people at all costs. We always paid our rent on time, maintained the place and gave it a good thorough cleaning before leaving. They charged an enormous 'cleaning' fee and charged us for repairs for things that were already damaged before we moved in. Unfortunately we could not locate our move in sheet detailing the damage to dispute the charge.



Their defensive-stance is that is that they 'represent the owner, not the renter'. If they pray off enough renters through their deceitful practices then there will be no decent renters around to rent from the owners. Duh!

Do not rent from this company. I had problems with the house as soon as I moved in. When you talk to them about a problem, it takes them an unreasonable amount of time to do anything about it. They are rude, they basically tell you that you are making things up and that nothing is wrong therefore it does not need fixing. This has been one of the most costly places I have lived for their 'fees and charges'. This has been the worst place I have ever rented from, and I'm not looking forward to ending my lease as I am sure they will cheat me out of my deposit as well. Avoid these shifty people. Unless you like renting from slum lords.
