Hired Mile Hi Services to perform lawn aeration. They did a horrible job, and when I called their customer service, they laughed at me. No wonder they are not listed on Google Maps so customers can share their experience their. AVOID!!!

I was referred to these guys from a family member who has used their services in the past. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday this week. They no showed and I received a call after the fact to reschedule. I figured I would give them a second chance. We scheduled for Friday this week. I asked the representative on the phone if we can get this done in the morning so that we don’t get no showed again. She said she’d note it in the ticket. I came home today at 5pm and they hadn’t been to the house to perform the service. I take it as another no show as we obviously weren’t important enough to want to satisfy that request after a no show earlier in the week. It feels like bad business as they can’t ever give an estimated time of arrival. They mention that it is Impossible to give an ETA. That is a problem, as I would like to be there to ensure the service is getting done to my satisfaction before paying. Unfortunately, I referred another family member of mine to have this service done this week as well and the exact same thing happened to him. Needless to say we won’t be referring anyone else or use their services ourselves in the future.

I paid this company to aerate, fertilize, and overseed my lawn. When they did not actually perform the services I still was charged as they have requested that I leave a check under my front porch. When I called and asked them about this, they told me that they did perform the services and that the seed was just so small that I couldn't see it. I know what seed looks like. They did not seed my lawn. And I paid for it. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, I was hung up on when I asked for a receipt. Apparently they don't give receipts , only invoices. Although they are quick to perform services, the quality is substandard.

I have a large "No Soliciting. Do Not Leave Flyers" sign on the center of my front door. An employee of Mile Hi Services taped their flyer right on top of this sign - intentionally disrespecting the request. They also left a doorknob hanging flyer for their related business Mile Hi Air Duct Cleaning. I will never do business with a company that completely disrespects my property and privacy.

This company showed up, took my check, did not perform the service I requested, cashed my check, and now will not return my calls.

Mile Hi sent two workers who arrived as scheduled. They did very well at their job and listened to my questions and concerns. I was charged $39, rather than the $35 others quoted me, but I'm ok with that because they did so well.

Mile hi services has been great to deal with. They are very customer oriented and punctual. The liquid aeration has worked great for us.

The gentleman from Mile Hi did a great job and was very courteous.

They have done a great job whenever they come over. I like that they do a thorough job and appreciate the time that they take to do things right.

I was pleased with their services, everything went according to plan and Im sure the lawn will really benefit from the plug aeration.

I have used them several times over the years and only ever had one problem with them, which they made right. I have continued to use them because of that good reliable service and willingness yo stand behind their work.

They have good customer service. Always willing to help out if something happens.

They were out last week to work on our home. This company is very quick and arrived just when they said they would. I was happy with the and their ability to work while I was at work too!
