Weak Delivery and attempt for a new customer.

Called to schedule a sprinkler blow-out and spoke to a very nice lady who scheduled me for an 8am-10am service window. Friday came... No confirmation call, no "im on my way call," and finally no one showed. Wasn't until 2:30pm that I decided to call and see what happened. Woman who put me on the schedule stated I was entered wrong and my appointment was actually never scheduled. 3 Hours of work - not spent at work = no pay. PLUS another at least another 2 hours for next appointment, call it 1 and say their sprinkler blow out guy is efficient and that totals Half a days pay to pay for a 74.00 service. Woman denied my request to speak with the Owner (Mark Hepp) saying he is never there and I would never get a hold of him. Woman denied my request to get service done at cost... Not FREE... cost. Assuming approximately half price if standard retail/service model is in place. I was denied. New proposal from MHS... we will do it for $60 and I am supposed to take more time off work for another appointment.

Great Job and Very Professional

We are very pleased with the job Mile Hi did installing our sprinkler system. They were early, efficient, and left the work site clean. They went through the timer instructions thoroughly. The lawn has never looked better. We would definitely recommend them.

OMG!!! Stay away from these guys.

turned a simple broken head into a major ordeal. Had to tell them to leave and called someone else.

New Customer

I have 10 rentals with sprinklers in every home. I never have had such a perfect experience with any company. Great quality. There office kept me updated with utility locates, and scheduling of the plumbing. The owners followed up with me to see how I liked the sprinkler. Can't say enough good about this company.Thanks,Brad

Very good work

These guys do good work. They even arrived earlier then scheduled.The technician was very knowledgable and fast.

Cheap!

They seemed like a great deal at the time..but once the work was done it seemed very cheaply installed...not profesional!
