Wow, reading the other review my heart breaks for the that man also. Obviously, this is something of a pattern for her. She purposely left out my daughter's mother's Domestic Violence charge, decided that my child's mother's boyfriend should have more parenting rights than I should have, did not cross reference with me the things that my child's mother said, blatantly lied in the report and actually used the positive things from my home and said my child's mother did those things instead! Because of Gina my child has been ripped from her home and the life she always had to sitting in a restaurant for hours after school, moved yet again because of a break up with her mother's boyfriend, failing school and cries her poor heart out every time she has to leave me. Please, if you care at all about your parenting time with your child steer clear of Gina.

Im about to deal with Gina for my children. I was hoping to get a more detailed response of your experience with her.

Gina Weitzenkorn worked on my child custody case and was more then bias. She had 7 months to do her report and got it back to me the day before my mediation. With only speaking to my family references for 5 minutes max. She did not cross reference with me, any information given to her by my sons mom. She just took the word of my sons mom which was ALL lies. There were so many discrepancies and false information in her report that I can't believe this is considered a legal document. Not to mention she did not report on anything I had told her. Thanks to her my son now spends 4 days a week in aftercare at school until 5:30 sometimes 6. When I could have picked him up from school on time even though it is is across town. My son hates it, and hates our new schedule, and has now had issues with his behavior at school. When this was never an issue before. A boy needs his father to teach him how to be a man. Thanks Gina for ruining my sons life!
