Provided by YP.comI bought my first Toyota Rav 4 from Doan Vu at mountain states Toyota, and had a fantastic experience. Sadly, my Rav 4 was crushed while protecting me from a semi truck, hitting us at 75 mph, while at a dead stop in traffic. I survived because of all the safety features. I called Down Vu at mountain states Toyota again, and he was wonderful. He really listened and was able to get me the new 2022 Toyota Rav 4 XLE premium. The sales people are wonderful, the dealership is trustworthy and the financing office (Ryan D.) gave me a competitive, and honest financing. The Toyota team (Doan Vu and Ryan D.) at Mountain states Toyota are professional, compassionate, friendly, and will look out for your best interest to go the extra mile to get you into the car that you want. I am so impressed, I will never buy another car from anyone else. Thank you to the Mountain States Toyota! Thank you Doan Vu and Ryan D. you guys are AWESOME!!!!

Provided by YP.comI just purchased my 3rd Toyota Tacoma but this was my first purchase from Mountain States. I wish I had found them on my first purchase. These guys simply "Get It"! No games....a very competitive price but equally important, a great friendly experience. My salesperson, Kelly Nimeth, listened to what I wanted to do, made sure he understood my needs and worked diligently to meet my needs. I had priced the same vehicle at another Dealer / in the south part of the Metro Area and it was just the complete opposite experience. Kudos to Mountain States Toyota and especially to Kelly. Thanks guys and keep up the good work....you are what a Car Dealer should be!

Provided by YP.comWent in looking for a 4Runner at the one on Broadway, Greeted by Kelly Nemieth. Our experience was by fay the best we have ever had at any dealership. We expected the best service and we got the best. We are very happy that we were able to deal with him. He took care of everything for us I have never bought a vehilcle so easily in my life and the whole process was stress free. The dealership is amazing and I am very happy that we decided to go there. We were debating between Stevinson Toyota and Mountain States Toyota. Being an existing Stevinson Lexus customer I have to say Mountain States by far takes the cake. Thank you kelly, he def gave us a whole new buying exerience. I would reccomend this dealer and kelly to anyone and everyone. cant go wrong here.

Provided by YP.comI've been a loyal customer at this location for years and very disappointed at how the customer service has taken a steep decline over the last 6 months. In particular, when I call to set up an appointment or even ask questions, the customer reps (Helena in particular) that answer the phone are the most arrogant, rude and immature girls I've ever dealt with at a professional establishment. It's clearly too much to expect that they answer simple questions without flippant attitude. I get that we all have our off days, but when it has happened the last 5 times I've called with either a question or trying to set up a service appointment - I guess I need to learn my lesson and take my business elsewhere.
Sue, I am sorry to read about your negative experiences recently with our staff. Providing our guests with excellent customer service is our number one priority, and I apologize if we have fallen short with you. If you'd like, please contact me at your earliest convenience at [email protected]. I'd like to further understand the situation and see if we can make this up. I look forward to hearing from you. Sincerely, Tim Van Binsbergen General Manager

Provided by YP.comI recently purchased a used car from Mountain States and had a very inexperienced salesman whom no one offered help to since it wouldn't be "their sale." During the test drive the SUV ran out of gas and we waited 25 minutes on the side of an access ramp onto the interstate before anyone came to the poorly trained salesman's help. After negotiations we came to a final price with taxes already calculated in and made an agreement. Then after being processed through financing (after a 45 minute wait) the finance guy said that taxes were miscalculated and I actually owed $600 more on the final price. They are a bunch of crooks.
I have called up there 6 times and never received a clear answer on my account number. If i would have known the kind of dealership this was before hand, i would have never bought a car from them. Be advised your money is better spent at a place that cares about there customers even after the papers are signed.

Provided by YP.comMountain States Toyota service department is run by crooks.
When I called them to make an appointment for alignment service, I asked for a price quote. The service manager Eric quoted me $59 based on the model/year of my car. But when I brought in the car for service, the service manager Victor told me the price was $79. I told him the quote I was told, Victor was willing to honor the price I was quoted.
But after my car was pulled into the service bay, a higher ranked service manager Mike came to me and said that if I chose to do the $59 job, it would be "total waste of my money and time." If I wanted to get the job done right, I had to pay at least $69. they even predicted that I might need to pay hundreds of dollars extra if any parts needed to be replaced. So I told him again about my conversation with Eric, Mike said that Eric was not here and he saw no proof of it (i.e., I was lying). At that point, I realized that this shop was run by people that lack basic honesty. If I allowed them to service my car, they could come up any reason they wanted for unnecessary repairs. I would not be technically savvy enough to sort out truth, half truth, and total lies. So I decided to stop the work and leave. Yes, I wasted my afternoon. But at least I cut my losses.
