Great surgeon, POOR office staff

We saw Dr. Myles Guber and he was very thorough and accurate. His office staff, on the other hand, was very rude. One woman talked on the phone to another person (aloud) about us like we weren't even there. Someone cancelled our appointment and failed to call and let us know, so after 45 mins of waiting we were told that we didn't have an appointment and that they forgot to order the records from the other facility. We had to rescedule for four days later, and my husband was having chest pain. Below average customer service- a wonderful surgeon though!
