Not only did I call and schedule this two weeks early but the day they were to send a team of 3 out to move me less then 5 miles, I was called the day before and asked if it would be okay if they moved up the timeline from 8:30 to 7:30am. I was excited, sure then I could unpack all day. BUT, this is where things went very very wrong!!! First the driver was 30 minutes late and I never received a phone call stating when he was going to be there...next no one in the local office would answer my phone calls, even though they say they open a 8, LIE # 1. Second I had to call the FL dispatch and they are the only interaction throughout this process that was okay, to call and get the local company on the phone!!! Now it was 9:30 the driver calls and says he didn't have gas so he should be there in an hour, immediately after the local office calls me and says they had to unload their truck for a haul last night and then the FL office calls and says the truck had maintenance issues all morning......REALLY? They can't even get their lies straight. SO FOUR hours after my scheduled time they finally show up! What a job a team of unprofessional men who thought inappropriate comments were okay. Then I get told the amount they quoted me was wrong oh and by the way for each piece of furniture they wrap and pack it's an additional $25, WHAT?! I was never told about this and this usually comes with the price of moving! Then the driver made the comment "I'll take care of you can waive it, but you need to take care of me and my guys, with a large....tip". Excuse me? Third, after all this crap happened it took then longer then expected, way longer.....I called the local office and requested a discount because it was their fault they were late, didn't bring the tools I would them about (to break down some furniture), and we unprofessional. I was told by the end of the day to call back and I would receive 25% off my cost......wow after inconveniencing me all day that is what they would provide. I thought okay, I can work with that until they moved everything into my new place.
That was a disaster! They obviously don' know how to load a truck, I had damaged pieces (of oak furniture not particle board), they ripped my exercise bike seat,and because they were now late dumped all the boxes regardless of what the were labeled into the family room and garage. I had to move everything myself after....glad I paid someone to help me. Upon closer inspection they put furniture together wrong, chipped more pieces then I knew about, and still demanded a tip at the end. Seriously?! Obviously I was very upset with this and still am! I called to get my discount, no one answers....go figure. Instead I play phone and email tag with their crack customer service team....joke....and they inform me that I will get nothing until I have a claims assessment done....I sent it in only to find out it is a guy they trust...um really if I had a bad experience with you do you think I would let a guy you use in my house? So I called to back and Joyce told me nothing could go forward until I did. I phoned her person and asked if he could maybe come after 5 or on a Saturday his reply was "It's five-a-clock somewhere on Saturday honey, just so you know"...so I decided nope he is NEVER coming into my home. I called Joyce back and after another series of phone calls and emails she finally agreed to refund a portion of the cost back to me.......right this is now 2 MONTHS later and they HAVEN'T done anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL, NO COMMUNICATION, AND YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comFIRST OFF THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT ONE STAR. I would say that they told me it was going to be a $100 deposit and that they would be at the location at 8:30. After being givin the run around, oh I keep getting their voicemail to oh they will be there in 20 min to ok go home and wait for me to call you then an hour later the driver calls and says that he will be there in 45 min which would be now 12:45pm. I told him to head on over but now I have missed my other apts. due to this situation, he then replied, well we had another job to do and we are trying to get there as soon as we can" and it was not said politely. I told him that I wasn't aware of any other drops before me. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE HERE AT 8:30AM. This man took that as I was cancelling so he called his dispatch and said I cancelled my apt. because I had another one to get to, so they sent them out to another job while im sitting at my storage unit waiting for them. Now long story short I was hung up on and then finally refunded my money with a very PATHETIC APOLOGY. Thank you Nice Guy Movers for all of your wonderful, BEST IN THE WORLD SERVICES TODAY!

I had my mouth wide open seeing how these guys packed all of my stuff with such practice, they were quick but also very careful when doing it they quilt padded all of my furniture so they would get scratched or damaged and once we got to my new apartment they unloaded the truck quickly and placed everything where they belonged just as I had told them to do so. Great services.

Thanks to this outstanding moving company the day of my move I did die, ja ja ja, I was so relaxed seeing how they had everything under control and how they knew exactly what to do. They packed everything pretty quickly but obviously making sure that everything was wrapped the correct way and loaded in just a few minutes. Once we got to my new place they put everything in their spot and all I had to do was lay back and let the professionals’ work. Fantastic!!!

In that moment we contacted this moving company and things were incredible done! I started to enjoy our new house in a shorter time! Thankssss!!!!

All of our items, whether they were delicate or heavy, were transported safely to location. Thanks a lot you guys, I will recommend you to everybody I know.

Provided by YP.comThe movers were really helpful and efficient at lifting and carrying heavy stuff, they endure harsh weather, which isn’t a nice endeavor at all, but one the movers faced with professionalism. They made sure that none of my boxes goy wet or scuffed. They were great at lifting heavy items and placing them in the truck with swift skill. Thanks a lot you guys for a very smooth and safe move under some difficult conditions.

NICE guy movers was super professional from minute one of my move, in that regard they were responsive from the sales girl – pretty cool and responsible-to the movers that unloaded my stuff at location. Provided by YP.comI cannot tolerate that companies I hired, do not give me a good service! But with nice guy, I did not have any kind of trouble! Those guys were helpful and completely good! I did not have to correct them or tell them twice how to pack my things! I suggest people to hire them!

Provided by YP.comThank you guys, when these movers walked onto my doorstep I was still filled with doubt about the final results of my move. I mean them movers didn’t look like the hulking guys you would expect from a moving service. Despite they didn’t have the look, they did the job, and they were fantastic at it. Thank you guys for keeping in mind how important the safety of some of these things was for me.

Provided by YP.comAll of our items arrived safely and on time; we were happy with our original quote and hoped for the company to honor our agreement. They did honor it, and we weren’t billed any extra fees; on part of the moving crew the guys were not lazy or slacked at all. So apart from some natural problems with parking and service elevators, the guys worked thoroughly and efficiently and finished the job on the stipulated window of time. Thank you nice guy movers.

I wont hesitate to hire this service again, and I have recommended this company to family and friends already.

Amanda did a terrific job making us feel at ease the entire time, she was like available almost always, and when she wasn’t she would promptly answer our calls. Really cool and professional service, the movers did a great job as well!!!
