They have a young man working there that obviously has no professional training. He did an ok job painting my toes but my gel manicure was a nightmare. My hands were put in cold water, cutting my cuticles was scary. The guy at the first desk could see I was becoming uncomfortable as I was becoming aware this kid had no training. The guy at the front desk had to assist w filing because he could not make them even or even look right. The kid took back over and began to apply the gel, this was a joke he had gel all over missed large areas. Eventually the guy at the first desk fully took over, my experience took 1 hr 40 min. Of course I paid and tipped the man who fixed the situation but here I am less than a wk later getting my nails redone because the gel process was not properly followed. K should have disputed the service but did want to let you lady's and gents know what happened to me there!
