Refused coupons

We have a coupon "enjoy a free pizza of your choice with the purchase of a pizza of equal or greater value" that came out of the entertainment coupon book. This store refused the coupon even though it says that it is good at all Denver locations. Then they said that the two large pizzas that we ordered with only two toppings on each came to the total price of $29.00 dollars. We could not believe they refused the coupon and then the price of two large pizzas! We now go to Pa Pa murphys and have had wonderful food and service. They messed up an order for us once and the manager gave us a free pizza coupon which we used the night this happened at papa johns. As for coupon books beware...
