A while back I bought a friend of mine a gift certificate for this place. Needless to say, she lost it. Not Paris Nail's fault at all. But when she called to explain they didn't care. They got the money for nothing. They recalled the transaction, and there are probably control numbers on the certificates, but it didn't matter to them.



Nasty way to do business. This place sucks.

This is my first visit to Paris Nails IX. The salon is nicely decorated and has a comfortable, relaxing feel. It is quite large and can accommodate many clients at the same time.



I got a re-base of pink/white with Kim today and would not recommend her services. She filed my nails so short that I can actually see the tip of my fingers above the nail when I hold them upright. If I wanted short nails, I would just grow my own :( To top it off, she even filed them at a slant (making it worse since I had to refile them straight, making them even shorter). Even though I would not recommend Kim, I would recommend the salon, just see someone else for acrylic services.
