It has been about a month since Percoco finished its role in a bathroom renovation including all the travertine tile work and onyx and travertine slab work. I believe a report card format is the fairest way to grade my unsolicited opinion of the company and its work. These are just my personal opinions and perceptions. I am sure others have had different experiences:(Rating A+) Planning and design: I believe Lelani is exceptional and helping customers achieve their vision. (Rating A-) The employees: Staff members are extremely knowledgeable in mu opinion and will consult and offer ideas that are welcome and helpful. Lelani is very honest and friendly she put my wife and me at ease. She exerted a reasonable amount of pressure to commit when the design was complete to sign a contract. Percoco is not inexpensive and if the company puts in the time on the design, it would like the work which is fair. I experienced some pressure in the form of emails for very prompt payment, b
