Not only does Crestmoor management company "manage" this place (please see my review on that one, as it will give you a better understanding of WHY I'm so against this place), but if you have children RUN THE OTHER WAY. They don't like children to play on bikes, skateboards, roller skates...ANYTHING with wheels (unless you are an adult). And we have a blocked off incomplete half circle driveway that is only used for move-in's or repair trucks. We can't use chalk on the "unused" drive way. They told us that is was defacement of property...which it is not true per Colorado law. It WASHES OFF. The children get chastised if they raise there voice more than a whisper at the pool. Some of the older residents have taken up a new hobby of kicking dogs and yelling at children...my suggestion to them is MOVE TO A RETIREMENT COMMUNITY. I'm sorry that this place has let a younger generation move in with children, but it does NOT give you the right to impede on OUR pursuit of happiness. We have bent over BACKWARDS trying to follow your insane rules, regulations and bi-laws...BUT that is just not enough. They continue to make false and UNFOUNDED accusations about other residence just because they will stop at NOTHING to get the kids out of the units. I was fooled...but after 6 years of it. I have HAD ENOUGH.
