I am a past hairstylist but now am starting my own business. For the sake of time, Dacia used to relax my daughters hair. It was close to our home & her school... so convenient. Regularly, Dacia would not be at the shop when we would arrive for our appointments. At one point, my daughter waited for 45min. while Dacia was out "running an errand" the owner said. And by him saying that, he was obviously ok with this unprofessional behavior. We stopped going. A year later we returned out of convenience again and my daughter’s hair is now a fade on the sides and back and the top is quite short. My daughter left there with burns on her neck (that Dacia says is her own fault) AND she charged nearly double the price (for shorter hair). Never had these kinds of issues with other salons. Lesson learned, convenience over quality customer service and professionalism wasn't smart. I highly recommend you steer clear of this place.
