I had these guys put in my tile floor in early 2007. A year later, the grouts started to come out. They came out & told me to call a person who was really good at fixing the grouts that they worked with. (My floor was no longer under warranty since it had been more than 12 months since they installed it). That was fine with me. I called the person they recommended, left him a couple of messages. He never answered. I called Proworks Flooring back to let them know & asked them to give me a call. They never called me back again. AVOID them if you can.

I have hired Pro Works 3 times over the last several years to install hardwood floors throughout my home. They do a great job of working around my crazy family. We recommend them to anyone...thanks!

I hired proworks to install new floors in 3 rooms to match what we already had in our kitchen and entry. The matched the wood perfectly and did it with very little mess in only 4 days. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
