I had the same experience where when I dropped my dog off the woman had a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. I should have listened to my instinct and left but I didn't. My dog did not get a haircut like requested. They basically took the clippers to him and just shaved him down to his skin. It was a complete hack job! My dog has been really skiddish ever since I brought him home and wont let me touch him or get near him. He is acting so weird and its really freaking me out. I'm not sure what happened there that day but it obviously was a very traumatic experience for him and he is acting like a completely different dog. sad.

What a wonderful place , my dog loves it . I always get in when I want and get great service ! The first place to do what I ask them to.I will be back
