The Quiznos Master is the corporate base for the Quiznos Sub quick-service restaurant chain. The restaurants serve submarine sandwiches such as the Classic Italian and Mesquite Chicken, salads, soups, chili, desserts, potato chips and kid s menu choices. The national franchise company consists of nearly 4,000 Quiznos restaurants worldwide in around 15 countries including the United States, Puerto Rico and Guam. The first Quiznos Sub restaurant opened in 1981 in Denver, Colo., the city where the company s corporate offices are located. Quiznos employs around a dozen chefs for the creation of each limited time offer submarine sandwich. More than 2,500 hours of development and testing time are utilized to introduce a new sandwich.
