My first experience with R2 was a pick up I had scheduled with them. They were very prompt, professional, on time and courteous.

Then, It came time for me to recycle another PC, and I took that opportunity to visit the R2 facility. When I arrived at R2, they were again not only helpful and willing to recycling my old PC, but they were very informative and educational. I was able to get my hard drive destroyed, which reassured me of their privacy policy. I also appreciated the fact that they don't just take everything and scrap it, they actually re-use products, with your permission.

To make things better, to my surprise, the deals they have are SUPER inexpensive, while not compromising quality. They had great deals on desktops, laptops, monitors, and all other computer accessories. I went there to recycle a PC, and ended up buying one too. I also picked up a cat5 cable for a quarter price from a retail store.

If you need to recycle, R2 stewardship is the place to go. They definitely care about keeping Colorado green, and keeping the green in your pocket.

The greatest part about this facility, is they are a local Family run Colorado Company. I always try and show my support to our local businesses.

This business is unique and the staff are great people. I got a great deal on some used LCD's. Almost half the price of anywhere else. When I went there these guys were busy and professional.

They never answer the phone!!!!

Tiffany, It was me that spoke with you. I sat on the phone with you for several minutes explaining why we don't recycle TV's and you started trying to be funny and made jokes about just throwing it in the trash and asked how much I would pay you for it. You called back and I explained this to you again. I finally had to hang up on you because you were just being rude. I will try harder next time to have more patience. Thanks for at least giving us a call.

I simply had a question regarding recycLing t.v.s and when I asked the well I we pull say gentleman but really he was rude as hell the instant I asked do you guys pay for t.v.s? He HUNg up on me. Wow Great Customer Service for asking a simple question. That's the service I should expect f r om a person working at a recycling center. Wow.
