My mom, my daughter, and myself came in here to get our nails done we paid a lot of money my daughter is only 15 years old she worked hard to make her money and she was excited. She showed a picture to the technician the technician started charging her for powders and everything ended up being $60 which was fine but then she cut them very short and the shape didn’t look at all like coffin. My daughter wasn’t happy and she was trying to be nice and tell her and the lady assured her she would like them at the end. well when she came to the car she’s very upset So I called and talk to the lady and asked her if we could come in to get them fixed the lady told me it was my daughter’s fault for not speaking up and being more aggressive and the lady told her if she wanted to get them fixed she needs a new set for another 60$ so 120$ total which is ridiculous to do that to a kid. We’ll definitely won’t be back. Every other nail shop we’ve been to always nicely fixes our nails our nail shop was closed because of the snow or we would’ve went there I deeply regret coming here
