Provided by YP.comRicoh Imaging has really ruined legendary brand of Pentax. Their customer service is so bad that I am willing to switch to other brand such Sony or Nikon. Their customer service manager, DALE, is probably the worst customer service person that you can ever imagine. Basically, he will tell you to change to other brand... I miss Pentax...
