No Service, Overpriced and dishonest

Unquestionably one of the worst places to do business with in Denver. If you are interested in being overcharged underserved and lied to, you will find all of this at Rio. We bought product to do a driveway and we were assurd no problem taking back unused product, no true. We were look at as though we had never been in the store before. The manager is arrogant and confrontational. No chance of another 100 years with the current management.

Rio Grande Co. - don't use

Don't use Rio Grande to purchase or install your gas fireplace. The fireplace was fine, the install was a 3 week ordeal.Hired Rio Grande to install new upgraded dual-sided fireplace. Quote included "installation and light up services". Team installed fireplace in wrong direction to where the gas hook up faced the wrong way. Even after I told them that, they would not change it around. My general contractor had to change it.Additionally, they would not hook up the gas or connect the to the electrical system in the house saying this was not in their scope of work. I had to get my general to hook up the gas and an electrician to connect the wires - all of 30 minutes of work.To top everything off, when the power and gas were hooked up, I called to schedule them to put on the top and bottom covers and make all final connections including the first light - it was another week.Total project time was 4 weeks. Total time in house - 3 to 4 hours.Very disappointing overall experience with Rio Grande Co out of Denver, CO.
