The worst comapny ever. This travel agency is the worst comapny I have every worked with. I'm sure that people who say that this company is good work with them or at the office. they will steal your money and offer you nothing. The owner of the comapny named Ali once he takes your money will ignore your email and will not answer you any more. No matter how many times you call or email him he will never solve your issue if you have an issue with your tickets.
Rip Off never work with them again.

Don't deal with this office again because I sent a bag from this office to my sister and this bag has jackets that cost about 8000 dollars and my sister did not recieve her bag and I went to the office again and The manger of this office his name was Ali said that there is nothing he can do for me and the bag is lost and I just have to forget about it as he is the one who recived the bag from me and promised that the bag will go to my sister and it didn't... My sister still trying to get her bag found.. I am about to get a lawyer for this big problem...

Excellent Service ! The agents take heed to your every concern and pay attention to the petite details that make a huge difference. I had family that passed away and I needed a ticket to Morocco as soon as possible and boy was it fast !
