Worst on-site management I've ever experienced! When (if) you can get them on the phone or find them in the office, they lie to your face about when the heat (or air conditioning) will be back on, when the hot water will be fixed, when the elevators will be working, when they'll get your refrigerator (dishwasher, sink, toilet, etc., etc...) fixed and when they'll actually get back to you. And the horror stories I've heard from previous tenants about getting their deposits back are many. When my lease is up I'm outta here!
