Sarah Forars, MD is a board-certified family practitioner who has been in practice for almost two years. She received her undergraduate degree in English from Wheaton College in 2006 and her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School in 2010.She completed her residency at Lancaster General Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program and a medical rotation at Hospital Vozandes del Oriente in Shell, Ecuador in 2013.In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, skiing, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Forars is bilingual and welcomes Spanish speaking patients.
