These guys at Sigma Tek are very selfish. They call you when they see the potential that you could fill a position they may have. (which is great.... i would have done the same). But if you are going for an onsite interview and say the client has not selected you then these guys will not even bother to update the candidate. Since their commission is gone why bother making that extra phone call. This is how selfish this company is like other recruiters.



I have seen staffing companies which are courteous to keep a good relation with the candidates they work with. This is absolutely not that kind but more commission oriented.



Person who worked with me is a guy called Keith Clements. This was about 4 weeks ago may be in early Jan or late December.
