I called about my crank having issues and they said to bring it in an they would assess it and if it was anything big, perhaps a few day turn around.######I brought my bike in, they walked me back and I met with a mechanic. He showed me where the bearings were faulty and fixed it on the spot. As my time is relatively valuable this was extraordinary not to have to find the time to pick the bike up again and needless to say I could ride that night if I desired.######Tech guy was friendly and not pretentious.######They also carry some of the best brands in bikes between Yeti, Ellsworth, Rocky Mountain and a host of others.######I was pleased, I'll be back.
