Don't buy anything here unless you're willing to part with your money and aren't worried about warranties, return policies. Their manager told me I could return something if it didn't work. When it came right down to it, the manager wasn't there and the bully owner, Jeff Post, physically intimidated and yelled at me, would not honor the manager's decision and made me leave with me $300 broken purchase with no recourse. Needless to say, I filed a complaint with the State Attorney General.

I've been going to Smokey's since they opened. I have watched them grow over the years and they have one of the most complete collection of smoking accessories I have ever seen in one store. They have great employees who are always willing to help and are always friendly. I've even gotten to know a couple of them on a personal basis.



I'd also like to add that the no return policy is the norm for any smoking accessory from any shop around town and I've been to most. It's a pipe, once you buy it you own it. I have also only recieved excellent products from them. And I've bought many, many pipes over the years as I'm a collector. They also deal mostly with local glass blowers and I like supporting my local economy.
