very slow in shipping but very fast in charging. Worse, they tell u that its shipped already but really was not until u checked, and then they give u false statements about it being shipped today but still not. Bought a Bovie Aaron 940 last dec 28 and they told me that its shipped dec 28 but until now, Jan 5, still not shipped. Lousy
