DO NOT hire these people. They have a bad habit of telling you one thing to your face & another in writing. When a problem arises they refuse to step in. They treat the residents unfairly (some are treated like gold, some are treated like garbage) Their first move after being hired was to raise the HOA fees. They lost the first check I sent them, did'nt say anything about it for over a month, which put me into a spiral of debt that they are charging late fees for (although it was their fault) now they are threatining me with collections, even though I owe them a pretty small amount of money. In the past, I have seen them let more than one resident become thousands (over 10k in one case) in debt and they never did anything about it. They never answer their phone and are HORRIBLE about getting back to you unless you're showing intrest in hiring them. I am so fed up with their lack of management skills, I'm putting my condo up for sale. I could go on and on, but if you value your community at all, stay away from these unprofessional fools.
