Provided by YPmobileI am currently a resident at this property. As someone who lives here I suggest you do everything you can to find an apartment elsewhere. Here you will be forced to listen to your neighbors music regardless of how often you bring the issue to the attention of the leasing office staff. Calling them is nothing more than a waste of your time and they will treat you like an inconvenience. They are condescending and apathetic. I moved here from a rat hole of an apartment but I would gladly move back there. I have never lived somewhere that had such an awful staff. Call and complain. Probably won't do any good. They show no care or regard for the well-being of their residents. They allow our neighbor to play her music as loud as she wants with no professional intervention on the part of the staff. I am regularly forced to leave my own home so I can focus on my school work without being disturbed by my neighbors rude behavior. The stress level that comes with living here is not worth it. DON'T MOVE HERE! I promise that any apartment you find will be better than what you get here. So I live here, miserable, listening to my neighbors music, EVEN WHEN SHE ISN'T HOME! I hate my home. I hate being here. Everyday is a struggle. I never knew how much a bad apartment could ruin your life.

Provided by YPmobileI moved in under previous management. The staff was so friendly and maintenance knew what they were doing. New management, they are rude, treat residents like dirt. The new maintance staff is horrible. I spent most of the summer without air. Due to the fact that these guys couldn't figure out what was going in, even though I told them. The way the apt is set up, you can not get a good breeze, and being on the 2nd floor makes it even hotter. There were days when inside my apt it was over 95 with the windows open. Do you think they cared? No! Just like the previous review, they did a cheap superficial improvement, raised rhe rent by over $100.00 a month, but the place is still a rat hole.

Provided by YP.comSo My mother has lived at tangle wood oaks in Lakewood for a long long time
what a disappointment that this property was purchased by a company that simply does not care about its tenants. the place has gone to hell with no maintenance staff. and a very poor remodeling job that was recently done to the exterior of buildings. very shoty and unfinished craftsmanship. rent is rising as well as very complicating billing system for water, gas, trash, + fees that has tenants living very uncomfortable and upset. however new management could care less about its tenants. bottom line is this place was awsum & now the bear creek apts are looking better than this hell hole.
