I started as a patient of TUCC in 2011 with bladder cancer. I had two previous surgeries by Dr. May, the third ended up a nightmare. He perforated my bladder. It took 4 trips to emergency room before someone would realize something was wrong. Dr. Mays office refused to see me after ER trips, said to keep my appointment on Friday. Medical bills piled up. Sent a certified letter to the Director Marvin Schutzius who did not have the courtesy to respond or acknowledge my concerns. Under the circumstances I feel they should of taken what my insurance paid and call it even since unneccassary bills occurred because of their lack of concern for patients.
