Staff was super helpful. Cabinets received on time and were beautiful and of excellent quality. I even ordered more at a later date and they matched perfectly. Special added requests were no problem.My thanks to Ken at Timberline.

We ended up with three incorrect cabinets; two of which were cabinets with two doors and a drawer when what we ordered were cabinets with three drawers each. It is a tight kitchen so the drawer functionality was critical. The third cabinet has an incorrect door swing, which while not what we ordered, will at least work for us. The offers to resolve from Timberline were to reverse the door swing on one by drilling new holes and patching the others or to replace all of the incorrect cabinets. We would prefer not to drill into and patch our beautiful new cabinets. They are all gorgeous and well made, just not what we ordered.The replacement would be a reasonable offer, but the stain on the replacement cabinets would not match the remainder of the cabinets in the original order. Even if the stain did match, ordering the new cabinets would take an additional two weeks and we don't have that kind of time.Timberline could have resolved this quickly and easily by apologizing (not onc
