Very good driver, really professional

On 3.21.10, Teresa kept answering, then hanging up on me (3x). Then I called a fourth time, as we were really in need of a local taxi ride home, and asked why she had hung up. She hung up again. Maybe she was in a fight with her boyfriend, maybe she hates her job. I don't know but it was terribly unprofessional and I know I can't rely on Union. So I called a fifth time asking to set up a ride, and she hung up a fifth time.

TERRIBLE. UNRELIABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL!

After attempting to get an answer - if a taxi could pick me up within 45 min, because I had already waited over 3 hrs for previous taxi service, I was very rudely spoken to, as well as hung up on after they demanded that I cancel the other taxi. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the employee had a bad day, so I called again and they refused to answer my question - if it was possible to send a cab within 45 min, and hung up on as I heard rude comments in the background. Now, I would guess there is some drug dependency involved for this severe and quite bizarre reaction. This is not anywhere near a normal reaction for any professional conducting business, or non-professional for that matter. A simple good search resulted in numerous upon numerous traumatized victims who tried to take up business with Union Taxi, as well as complaints of fraud and theft. Most reviews were 1 star, the rest were 5 stars - ALL by names with a very certain cultural background, which seems curious.

Called for a rough estimate for a ride from Denver airport to Greeley, CO. (Flying out to purchase a vehicle.) Didn't have the exact address on hand. Bi**h on the other end hung up on me. Would never give them a penny of my money.

I agree that if ZERO stars was an option that is what this company would get. Set up a pick-up way ahead of time and sat around waiting come time to leave. After 10 minutes or so, I called to see what was up and the response was that they didn't have anyone in the area right now but he'd continue my request until someone was if I wanted. AWFUL company.

While traveling to Denver, I used Union Taxi and they were very accommodating and very polite. The driver was quite friendly as well. I read some other poor comments on here and I am sure their experience was not as good but I felt compelled to write a comment to show that not everyone there at Union are bad apples. :)

I called and asked for a cab today at 1150 this morning my appointment was at 1230pm. Maria took the request. I waited until 1215 and called back. Once again, Maria answered my call and there was no taxi enroute. I had to cancel my appointment and reschedule. I usually call your service but TODAY WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING.

If I could give them a zero I would. I called Union Taxi at about 8:40 am this morning to request a cab at 9:45 am. (I had to be somewhere by 9:55am.) When I first called they were incredibly slow to take down my information and it sounded like the dispatcher had no clue what she was doing. By 9:51am my cab still had not shown up, so I called them. They picked up and without saying a word placed me on an immediate hold. When they finally came to the line, I gave them my phone number and was told they were still trying to get someone out to me. At that point it was too late, and I ended up just taking the bus and wound up being 20 mins late for my class. I will never call Union again, nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.

thay left me in the cold i told them where i was at and thay never came i called over an over an thay said thay would be there but never came thay then dispached me to some guy who was rude

Last night I took one of their cabs from downtown and accidentally left important documents in the back seat. As I walked up to my door, I remembered and called the dispatcher immediately so the cab could turn around. (and by the way he was only 1/2 a block away). The dispatcher was rude, wouldn't connect me to him and told me to call back at 9:00 the next morning. I tried all day long, and they were RUDE and UNSYMPATHETIC. Then, in the afternoon I got a phone call from a person in my neighborhood who found my documents thrown in some bushes by his house. It CLEARLY was the driver who did this, as it was too close to my house for him to have picked up another customer. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE RUDE.

I would like to say a huge thank you for your honesty, efficiency and general all around behaviour of your Union Taxi Team. I am amazed you found my bag and recovered all the contents and shipped this back to the U.K-amazing.

i took a cab out of dia and as the cab pulled away, i realized that i left my cell phone behind. we called the phone and the cab company. No response from either. When we finally were able to get hold of someone at the cab company, we were told its not our responsibility and hung up on. Use anyone else!!! Walk if necessary.

Union SUCKS! The drivers smell, and the cabs are dirty! They do not understand the meaning of being prompt; and they play annoying Jihaad music while you are in the cab. I'm pretty sure their staff meetings are terrorist meetings.
