Alfonso Avila joined Unique Properties, Inc. in 2006 and has spent the last 10 years offering his commercial real estate expertise to clients in order to help them successfully navigate through their real estate projects and challenges. During the course of his real estate career, Alfonsos focus has been on apartment, industrial and retail investment properties. A Colorado Native, Alfonso was raised on the Western Slopes and attended Western State Colorado University. Since working with Unique Properties, Alfonso has been recognized as a Power Broker from the CoStar Group in both 2011 and 2013 and was a DMCAR Heavy Hitter in 2013.
