These guys just drive around crowded apartment complexes and look for someone who has not parked quite right. I was helping someone move into their apartment, parked by the curb for less than 5 minutes with my flashers on to unload, and these yahoos already had a hook on my car. They were rude, arrogant, and the cost for the tow was ridiculous ($300). Don't give them any business unless you have no other options.
