Jim is just fantastic. He will bend over backwards to help you out. We were first time buyers. We met with Jim several times so we could understand the buying process and be financially prepared to buy. A year after our first consult he showed us the first property. My dad recently passed away OCT. 2013; Jim Urban and associates handled the sale of my dads' house. We did not want to list home between Thanksgiving and Christmas so waited till 2nd week of JAN. due to bad weather. It was amazing timing; Jim listed on a Monday JAN. 13 and within 24 hrs we got 4 offers. Jim did a in-house virtual video and handed out brouches at estate sale weekend of Jan. 11/12 . Had a contractor make full-price offer ; $8,000 above asking price in ONE DAY! He wanted to finished off bsmt and flip the house. Closed in 2 weeks; Jim did all the paperwork to expedite the sale. THANKS to Jim Urban Realty.; Jim has been a close/personal friend of mine for 30+ years; we have served on several community service projects together. He is always e-mailing me with bicycle races and projects he's involved with. JIM always has a referrel book handy for any type service you might need. He is a great friend and reference. Jon Urban was so patient and kind. We are a young couple with a young child buying our first home. Jon gave us advice like a father but helped us like a friend. He was honest and personable. He made this scary process easy and comforting. He eagerly meet us at our new house often while under contract to meet with contractors and such. Jim came to our rescue. Our daughter 28 years old died in Argentina on a business trip. We put the sale of our house ( we could not stay there after 28 years) in Jim's hands and were off to Buenos Aires to bring our daughter home.Mis daiagnosed with Bronthitis all her life she had asthma. Jim sold the house the day her body arrived in the USA. We ae enternally gratefully for Jim taking care of us!What more could anyone ask for???

We've known Jim for over 5 years as a fellow neighbor and active volunteer for the Governors Ranch Homeowners Association. Jim has always listened closely to our desires and concerns and attempted to fulfill any requests. He is always patient, cordial, friendly and cheerful. Jim has been our Realtor for about 30 years, he helped us buy our first 2 houses. we had to use someone else to buy our houses in other states/cities and they did not give us half the help and the process was not half as smooth as when we had Jim as our realtor.
