Terrible customer service and the store is filthy! They only have 2 lanes open most the time and won't ever open another one even if there are 15 people waiting in line. the produce section is foul. I would NEVER eat anything from that section. I won't even dare take my kids in there. I would rather pay more for good quality produce and decent customer service from King Soopers then step foot back in there!

Poor customer service... I recently called to order a small sandwich tray from the deli. I called the main number listed and rang for more than 2 minutes straight before someone picked up. Once I finally did get an answer, they transferred me to the deli, where I was hoping to place an order for a small sandwich tray. It was 8am when I called and I planning for an evening pickup. The lady I spoke with told me they could not help me because they might get busy today and would be unable to make a tray. I asked if there was anything else I could order, that they could easily put together for me in the next 10 hours, and she said there was nothing she could do. Keep in mind, I was looking to feed 8 people.

My expectations for Walmart's customer service were never high to begin with, but this seems unacceptable.
