I had some minor work done there, and I called before I went to be sure my shoes were ready. What a grouch! He basically told me to get off the phone, because he had a customer. I am, or was, a customer too. I told him as much when I picked up my shoes, and he was just as grouchy, telling me that telephoning didn't put me first in line. So rude. First visit, and the last. Next time I'll go to the Corner cobbler.
