I wanted to warn you all of the bad experience I had while getting my dog groomed at WoofHaus on South Broadway. Justice was badly injured on Tuesday this week requiring emergency surgery & stitches after an accident happened at Woofhaus. Even more upsetting then the actual injury, the three medications Justy is now on and the two weeks of restricted play, was the handling of the event by this company. Sure they paid $1,000 bet bill, we expected that. But what they failed to do is ever reach out and contact us to check on our dog after she was put under anesthesia, to check in on her wounds and her well-being. What kind of groomer business/doggy day care, whose job is to care for dogs, doesn't reach out to the owners to find out the health of a dog that was that was severely injured in their care? We still do not have an accident report (we do not know the exact details of what happened) nor do we have the name of the person who groomed her or know if they're licensed.
