I went to the salon on 5/10/2014 to have my tape in extensions taken out and put back in and to get color with Irene Mayster. An appointment like that should take 3 hours max, it took 6 because she had no idea what to do with the extensions. The color she did was good however she lacked knowledge in tape in extensions. Less than 1 hour after I walked out the extensions started coming out. Over half were out 2 hours later. When I immediately informed Irene her response was "I did my best go see my sister" she never offered to fix them or refund me. The other stylists at the salon seemed very nice. Today I received a message from the lovely Irene Mayster wishing me the worst Mothers Day ever. I will post the message. I will never set foot in this establishment after the horrific things that were said to me. I hope the owner(s) do not condone this disgusting behavior.
