Horrible business ethics. My wife purchased $50 worth of flat stone for our patio to make sure it was the correct style. 2 days later we decided to go with a different style stone from them. They charged my wife a restocking fee of $25 (50%) for the 10 small pieces of stone we brought back even though we were still doing business with them. Safe to say this was the last time we'll use them or recommend them to others.
