...Was taking a while so Sam had me pay for the sim card and said everything else would be added to monthly bill. Sam Longenecker said could take up to a hour before would officially activate. Paid and left premises. After a hour phone still did not work. Went back to location and Sam said phone was not compatible. We had accepted defeat and asked to be reimbursed for the sim card and to drop the line just added to account. Said was unable due to the fact the sim card was in the phone (which he put in and said wouldn't be a problem) but funny thing is when went home to call corporate office is that verizon doesnt even charge for sim cards. In the end they got my $20. If you make a mistake you should make due on it which would of been right thing to do. Thanks for lying to me and ripping me off.
