Clear communication and explanation of exams

Dr Hade and his staff are extremely professional, thorough and friendly health care professionals. The check-in was quick and easy, all vision tests were explained and done professionally, Dr Hade’s eye exam was very thorough and results were well explained, and working with the optician to get fitted for new glasses was very easy and affordable. They also follow all proper COVID safety protocols, making the visit an enjoyable and stress free experience.

Rita, Carolyn and Dr Hade provided Outstanding Care during my visit yesterday. Actually, it began prior to the visit when Rita returned my phone call and scheduled my first visit. Rita demonstrated such empathy and concern as I described my condition. Carolyn and Dr Hade were very thorough and took their time to listen and attend to my needs. I truly felt blessed to finally have someone show tenderness and empathy. So often, healthcare professionals can be totally desensitized regarding their patients.....but not in this case. Dr Hade was very knowledgeable and has been the only doctor who has spent significant time listening, evaluating and explaining my current condition. I wish I would have found this practice much sooner!!! I am very grateful to Dr Hayes and his entire staff for taking GREAT care of me!!!

I.can not say enough of the wonderful & informed information that
I received. I was told by another optometrist that I may have a serious situation. Dr Hade took time to explain fully & reassured me I did not have any problem with my eyes.

Intake nurse (Carolyn?) extremely effective and courteous and Dr. Hade beyond knowledgeable and competent while also professional and friendly. Receptionist was personable and efficient.
