You know a place is bad when someone from their office writes a bad review ( see comment below from 6/12/2013)!



I tried calling to settle debts and encountered a very rude and unprofessional staff at this firm. I spoke to Crystal, Krista , the receptionist, which are probably the same person because they all were horrible.



I was hung up on twice, threatened, put on hold for a good length of time and at the same time called from another line, with them knowing it was me calling, I was told the office is closed and hung up on.



This is not the way to conduct business. Tomorrow I will contact board of ethics for some help!

I had the same experience as the other reviewer, rude and unprofessional people at this firm. Person hung up on me and when I called back they put me on hold for 20 minutes knowing it was me calling. This is not the way to conduct business.

This is the most unprofessional, uncourteous and classless bunch of people I have ever spoken to in my life. They answer the phone all sweet and then when you say something they don't like or don't want to hear because you're right they get defensive, rude and nasty. Then they lead you to believe that they are typing something to do with your phone call when, in fact, they just set the phone down and let you hear everything that was going on in the office and not even acknowledge you're still there. Then after 10 minutes of that they put you on hold indefinitely. I wouldn't recommend these people for any reason at all whether professionally or personally - not even to my dog.
