Working with this dealership has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. The general sales manager Carlos which has horrible customer service skills blaming others for his mistakes, not calling me back, telling me he has other priorities, and after calling and leaving messages for over 1 month. Listening to his guidance ended up costing me $6000 due to his lack of knowledge of how this dealership works. After multiple unreturned calls it took me having to walk into that dealership to get any answers that I needed to get things straightened out which never happened I still got stuck with a $6000 payment. At the end they did absolutely nothing to correct their mistakes. I advise anyone working with this dealership make sure all deals and promises are written down on paper before you end up in a mess like I was. Due to the negative experience and bad customer service I received I will never do business nor will I ever refer anyone to any World Auto Group dealership. Thanking Carlos the general sales manager that at works at Denville for making this decision for me.

the worst service dealership ever

they will find the way to make you pay

i went there for this noise i was hearing

they said i need to change the brake pad and +

guess what soon as they say everything is fixed i got on drove for less than mile

i was hearing a noise again so i went back they fixed it in less than 5 mins -_-

they didn't even say sorry
