Problem with the crank making noise on my wife's specialized sirrus bike; she took it to a nearby fancy shop, told her needed new chain/ derailleur etc; told her to make an appointment they would get to her later in the month.

I brought it to Bicycles and More, they fixed the problem in a week, replaced a worn crank part and tuned up the bike; noise is gone and cost her less than $100, a lot less than the fancy shop wanted to not fix the problem. We will definitely be back (they have a lot of great bikes there too).

I bought a bike from Bicycles & More over 10 years ago. It is the best bike I have ever riden. The owner fit me to this bike and it made a great difference. I have 2 bikes and I always fall back to this one. The after buying service is the best.

I dont know how they stay in business. With how low theyre prices are, i dont know how they pay the bills. I went in to get my diamondback's brakes repaired and i was in and out in ten minutes. I will definitely be returning there instead of dicks, who wanted me to pay $40 for waht Bicycles and More repaired for a little over $7. This was an easy Five Stars.
