Its hard to give this office (now in new location on Transit Road in Lancaster) even 1 star - they should be forced to remove the "Professionals" from their name as far as the Optical Dept. goes! have never had more totally messed up glasses - they keep replacing defective lens with another defective lens with another defective lens and try to hard-sell that its perfect! While the new office is beautiful and conveniently located with plenty of parking in the burbs - totally not worth the aggravation! It doesn't appear that anyone in their whole Optical Dept. (not the doctors) has enough experience or knowledge to put together or fit glasses. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation - go elsewhere.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
