My child enjoys the doctor and nurses. Couple we both noticed is that all staff will talk about other patients in clear view. The receptionist is very rude and cold in my eyes, she will complain about patients as well, commenting on how a certain patient will make the appt and not show up and then reschudle to cancel again. People have lives things happen, to talk about this is wrong...not perfect no one is, especially her. She will ignore you at window and say have a seat ill,be with you if she is on phone and will,never call you to the window again. They need to lighten up some in there. Kind of regret not getting a second opinion to fell the vibe of another office. .
