This was my first new car I ever bought and the experience was a nightmare and continues to be to this day. I was promised I can’t get a car starter installed and paid just about $600 for one. I brought the car in a few days later and some some reason it wasn’t working. After 3 weeks of being jerked around and PROMISED they would make my 1st car payment (which thy have not) I was told is a Chevy error and can’t help (nor will thy take the starter out and refund my money) I since then filed a complaint with GM and am waiting on my attorney to call me back to see what my rights as a consumer are-I am paying for interest on a starter that doesn’t work.
