The owner assured me my boat was an easy fix. 6 weeks later, he still didn't touch it or return any of my calls. After 6 weeks, owner decided he makes more money roping people off on plugs and oil on jet skis and pulls a random quote ($1,000) to fix my boat out of his ass. This is using a used water pump and a used trim motor. After telling me my boat was an easy fix and stringing me along for half of the boating season, the owner tells me he doesn't know when he'll get around to working on it. They also broke my tongue jack. There is so much more to say but I only have so much space here. I was told by the ship owner where I took my boat after that I'm not the only one to have this experience at this guys shop. Beyond unprofessional. I'm not the type to waste my time to go on these things to complain either. I literally just made this account to warn everyone about this guy. BEWARE.
